Pocky

I was cruising the aisles of AJ's today when I found none other than Pocky sitting next to the sushi. I remembered my friend Sarah of Daydream Ink telling me about this surprisingly delicious Japanese treat and I had to try them for myself. When I pulled out a tiny little biscuit covered in chocolate I had my doubts. I'm a fan of anything covered in chocolate but how good could this tiny little concoction really be? Let's just say that I have a new fave candy- they are so yummy! I think they the yummy factor is enhanced by the fact that you wouldn't expect these little things to be this good. I just had to share my new founded love for Pocky...I'm sure you are now planning your trip to Japan to experience the yumminess.

I've loved chocolate pocky my whole life. Japanese chocolate is great! :) If you ever see Japanese cookies that look like mushrooms with a chocolate top, try those also! :)

Pocky's one of my favorite childhood snacks! :D During the summer, we'd put it in ice cold water so it'd be the perfect temp. on a hot sunny day... one of those weird Japanese things I guess. Haha (I'm Japanese but I forgot where we got that idea.)
